(CCR), Voice Mail, VPIM/AMIS Networking, Basic
Call Center (Key-code activation), Web-based management,
and IP connectivity.

and Centralized Voice Mail ideal for small and
mid-sized standalone and multi-site businesses.

CallPilot 4.0 provides a variety of new unified
messaging features, as well as Cost of Ownership

a unified messaging application for businesses
using Meridian 1 PBX phone systems, Meridian SL-100,
Communication Server 1000, and CPE Centrex systems.
It combines voicemail, e-mail and fax messages
into a single mailbox — accessible by phone,
any desktop PC, or mobile e-mail enabled devices
(PDAs). CallPilot Unified messaging provides a
compelling solution for businesses that are looking
at reducing costs, improving productivity, and
staying connected to their customers and suppliers.

Basic Contact Center
Messaging 100/150 Basic Contact Center for
both the Messaging 100 and Messaging 150 platforms
is compatible with the Norstar Compact and Modular Integrated
Communications Systems. This Call Center supports
20 configured agents, 2 skillsets, 20 routing
steps/skillset, 30 built-in announcements, 15
lines, 2 skillset mailboxes, 20 Intelligent overflow
rules/skillsets, 15 simultaneous incoming calls
in the system, and all agents can be supervisors.
Reporting package shows real-time statistics,
historical statistics, and supports hardware and
software wallboards.

Center is a key-coded option requiring no additional
