It begins with the initial feature design of your system and continues throughout the installation process. Prior to your system going live we conduct "hands-on" user training at your site. System Administrators are given additional training to allow them to manage basic day-to-day system functionality. And we're still available, upon request, for additional training, re-training or for the training of new hires after your system has gone live.
