Data Security for Analytics

We offer multiple levels of protection to make sure customer data is never vulnerable to unauthorized users. For example, Brightmetrics is powered by Microsoft Windows Azure platform, which is ISO 27001, SAS70 Type II, and HIPAA certified. In addition, Brightmetrics protects customer data by encrypting it in their database. All identifiable text data are encrypted using 256-bit AES encryption 1—the same level of encryption required by the U.S. government. Equal levels of security are reflected with encrypted data storage and transmission
